You may give us personal information about you, such as your name, your contact email and other contact details on various places on our website. This privacy policy describes how we collect and use your personal information. How and where we collect personal information: - electronic newsletters - discussion boards and forums - chats and blogs - customer registration. How we use your personal information: The information you give us is absolutely safe with us. We will never rent, sell, share, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties. We might contact you from time to time regarding your purchases or the services (like forums and announcement lists) you have subscribed to. We may also send you promotional announcements from time to time about new products and services that you might find useful. You may also opt out from receiving information from us at any time and ask us to remove your contact information from our database.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
12 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 12 hours advance notice you will be charged half of the amount of your appointment. Because we honor the value of your time as well, you will be offered a session at half price, if for any reason other than inclement weather or other natural disaster we have a need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 12 hours in advance from our side.
No-shows
Missing an appointment without contacting the therapist will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged FULL price for your missed appointment, and payment will be charged at the time of the scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
At this time, a credit card is required to book a session. This will be processed through Square, and a charge for Bodywork by Lisa will show on your account. This method does allow the use of HSA cards to pay for therapy sessions.
